Achieve diverse retail light box booth styles through AA columns
Lintel AA columns support tool-free assembly onto the sides of modular light boxes. Leveraging the side grooves of Lintel's globally patented modular light box structure, AA columns can be slid into place. Typically, a 2m/2.5m high light box backdrop requires four AA columns (two 1m/1.25m AA columns on each side). Lintel AA columns can be used with retail displays such as TV holders, shelves, hanging rails, and hook racks for product display. SEG light boxes serve as illuminated backdrops to showcase your brand advertising. While traditional advertising backdrops attract customers, they also offer added practicality, making them ideal for retail advertising displays, trade show booths, and event displays.
Lintel's modular light boxes and AA columns feature grooves on the sides. After assembling the knobs into the notches on the sides of the modular light box, align the notches on the AA column and slide them in from top to bottom for tool-free assembly. A 1-meter AA column requires at least three knobs to secure it, effectively preventing loosening and wobble during transport. Because the knobs are relatively small, Lintel provides a few extra knobs with each AA column purchase to prevent loss. AA columns are easy to assemble; neither the Lintel modular light box nor the AA column requires any tools. The patented slide-in and lock mechanism allows a 1-by-2-meter modular light box with an AA column to be assembled in 3–5 minutes. Lintel's patented modular light boxes are ideal for frequent exhibitors, booth rental companies, event backdrop rental companies, and retail users. Assembly can be completed by one person, eliminating the need for a dedicated team and saving labor costs.
The AA column profile is only 2.5cm thick and features a white finish, matching the modular light box frame. This prevents the modular light box backdrop from being visually fragmented or disrupting the overall pattern. Instead, it allows customers to focus on the products displayed on the AA column display stand. Furthermore, the AA column is attached to the side of the modular light box, preventing any disruption to the overall lighting effect, shadows, or uneven lighting.
The AA column can be used with shelves, TV holders, and hanging rails to maximize the display of your brand advertising and popular products. The AA column is designed to be attached to either side of a 1m long SEG light box, ensuring that the AA column shelves and hanging rails retain their shape over time. Each AA column shelf can support a minimum of 10kg, making it suitable for most retail and event product displays.
The Lintel AA Column system utilizes aluminum extrusions. To save packaging volume, a modular light box with AA columns is typically split into four 1m or 1.25m sections. This makes it extremely lightweight and portable, allowing it to be transported directly with the modular light box in a wheeled Oxford bag. The padded Oxford bag is protected with EPE to ensure the modular light box and AA column profiles are scratch-free and undamaged during transport.
The Lintel AA Column system is most commonly used with a TV Holder. Traditionally, using a SEG light box with a TV Holder requires cutting the SEG graphic. The cut location requires precise customer measurement, otherwise the TV Holder may not fit onto the SEG light box's internal crossbar. While the TV will block the damaged SEG graphic, preserving the overall backdrop pattern, the damaged SEG graphic cannot be reused. The Lintel AA Column system conveniently solves this problem. The TV Holder assembly requires no tools and does not damage the SEG graphic. Tool-free assembly and disassembly allows for long-term use in various scenarios, significantly saving costs.
