A1: Yes! We offer templates for all light box sizes. Lintel also provides free design support. Lintel has its own design asset library and in-house design specialists. For agents or dealers, we also provide free product promotional content.

Q2: Are power adapters included? How many per booth?

A2: Yes, power adapters are always included, provided based on the size of the light box. But don't worry—each light box set already includes the necessary power adapters in the full package, so there's no need to purchase them separately.

Q3: Are light box frames and graphics sold together? Can I buy just the frame?

A3: The light box frame and graphic are quoted separately. Any additional functional accessories that need to be purchased will also be clearly itemized, making the light box purchasing process more transparent and reassuring for customers. Lintel is very open to long-term cooperation with printing companies and supports hardware-only purchases (just frame, no graphic), Of course, if customers later wish to update their graphics, Lintel also offers a graphics-only purchase option.
