Real Case: Lintel 6×6m (20×20ft) Large Modular LED Light Box Booth Solution

Time : 2026-09-24

In the global exhibition display industry, 6×6m (20×20ft) exhibition booth usually means one thing: you are already one of the exhibitors receiving major attention in the exhibition hall.

For brands, exhibition service providers, advertising companies, booth rental companies, and customers who need to attend large exhibitions for a long time, a 6×6m (20×20ft) booth provides 36㎡ of display space. Compared with 3×3m or 3×6m booths, a 6×6m booth not only provides a larger brand display area, but also provides more space for planning product displays, customer reception, meetings, video playback, storage, brand experiences, and interactive displays.

But when the booth area becomes larger, booth design also faces new problems: How can you avoid making a 36㎡ space look empty? How can all four sides have brand display effects? How can different functional areas be organized naturally? How can storage rooms, arches, light box ceilings, product displays, and dynamic lighting be added to a large booth? At the same time, the booth also needs to remain modular, transportable, reusable, and able to be recombined for different exhibitions.

The Lintel 120mm Modular SEG Light Box Booth is a modular display system developed around these needs. It uses the 120mm modular SEG light box as the structural core. Through 90° angle connectors, straight connectors, arch gate connectors, storage room connectors, and other standard modules, multiple light box backdrops can be combined into L-shape, U-shape, island-style, arch, storage room, long wall, partition, and customized booth shapes. For large 6×6m trade show light box booths, a 120mm light box ceiling can also be added, and RGB Corner can be added at the light box ceiling or 90° corners of the light box booth, turning traditional light box walls from 2D brand backgrounds into a complete 3D illuminated display space.

120mm Modular SEG Light Box: The Structural Core of Large Light Box Booths

Lintel 120mm Modular SEG Light Box is the structural foundation of the entire large modular booth.

The 120mm light box uses a modular design and Lintel's globally patented tool-free assembly structure. Different frame modules are connected through corresponding structures, without drilling, welding, or complex professional construction equipment. Frame components use numbered matching, and installers can complete module combinations according to the design plan.

For a large 6×6m exhibition light box booth, the importance of this modular structure becomes even more obvious.

Traditional large booths usually need a structure built separately for one exhibition, then dismantled, transported, and stored after the exhibition. The 120mm modular light box can divide a large booth into multiple standard modules. At the next exhibition, the module connection method can be changed, the graphics can be redesigned, and even the entire booth shape can be changed.

The same batch of frames can change from a U-shaped light box booth at one exhibition to an L-shaped light box booth at the next exhibition, or can be recombined into an island-style booth with a storage room.

Lintel standard accessories include 90°, 60°, and 45° angle connectors, as well as Straight Module Assembly, Triangular Connector, Cross Connector, L/T-Shaped Connector, Arch Gate Connector, Store Room, and other connection and functional accessories. These accessories are used to change connection methods and booth shapes between light boxes.

This is also an important difference between the 120mm modular light box and an ordinary single LED light box: the light box itself is not only a display product, but also a module for building booth space.

90° Angle Connectors: Creating L-Shaped, U-Shaped, and Island-Style Booths with Multiple Light Box

In a large 6×6m modular light box booth, the 90° angle connector is a very important structural accessory. Through the 90° angle connector, two 120mm light box backdrops can be connected vertically, allowing two light box walls to form a 90° corner.

Two light boxes connected together can form an L-shape; three light boxes connected together can form a U-shape;

BeeBee Marketing (IP Authorized Marketing) is a typical 6×6m L-shaped customized booth. Five light boxes are combined through 90° angle connectors, forming one continuous long wall plus one corner. The graphic uses highly saturated anime IP content. The 3D texture and furry texture of the IP doll are printed very clearly.

ACE is a 4x6m U-shaped trade show light box booth with an island-style design. Double-sided printed SEG fabric graphics allow the brand to attract visitors from multiple directions. The 360° island-style layout allows more sides to display brand advertising and continuously present brand information from different viewing angles.

LINEAR / CiaPlastic (Brazilian medical equipment) is a 5×5m composite light box booth structure with a storage room and arches: a light box storage room connected to the light box booth is placed on the left side, an arch gate connector is used to create a beam and form an entrance, and AA columns with shelves are installed on the light box backdrop on the right side. This solution uses the 25㎡ space for four functions: brand display, walk-through entrance, product shelves, and storage space.

Arch Gate: Giving Large Light Box Booths a Real Entrance

For a 6×6m trade show booth, an arch is not only a design element, but can also provide space guidance.

Through the Arch Gate Connector, a beam can be added between two light box columns to form a walk-through light box arch. Brands can place logos, slogans, or product visuals in the arch area, making the entrance the visual focus of the entire booth. Compared with a simple rectangular background wall, an arch can naturally divide the space.

NEKOOSA (U.S. specialty print media) takes the combination of arch and storage room further. The entire booth consists of a storage room + continuous arches. AA columns are installed on the arch columns, with shelves and product display accessories, and there is also an independent brand banner light box at the top. Visitors do not just stand outside the aisle and look. They walk into the passage, with product information on both sides. The walking process becomes dwell time, and dwell time directly determines inquiry conversion.

Connecting Multiple Light Boxes Horizontally into an Extra-Long Brand Wall

When a brand needs to display a large amount of product series, corporate information, or complete visual advertising, horizontal connection can be used.

This structure is especially suitable for: Corporate brand walls, product series walls, automotive and machinery equipment displays, advertising equipment displays, consumer electronics displays, home product displays, and large brand visual walls.

When graphics need to cross multiple light box modules, print color consistency becomes especially important. Especially for large gradients, solid-color brand backgrounds, and continuous product images, if there is an obvious color difference between different graphics, a visual break may appear at the connection points.

Alpha connects 17m seg light boxes through AA columns to form an extra-large light box booth backdrop. Three light box backgrounds with AA columns are connected at the left end through 90° corner connectors, and a light box storage room is assembled on the right side. The entire booth makes flexible use of all the space, with rich storage and product display areas. The entire booth shape is simple and not cluttered. Product models are printed on the SEG fabric graphic, making it easier for customers to quickly understand the products while visiting.

Through storage room connectors, an independent space can be enclosed with 120mm light box modules. SEG Fabric Graphic can still be installed on the outside of the storage room, allowing the storage room to also become part of the brand display wall.

120mm Light Box Ceiling: Extending Brand Display from the Floor into the Air

The 120mm SEGPRO modular light box supports not only floor-standing displays, but also ceiling-mounted and large hanging applications. Lintel's RGB Corner Trade Show Hanging Light Box is also developed based on the 120mm SEGPRO modular light box ceiling system. RGB Corner is added at the 90° corner, so the ceiling corner is no longer an ordinary structural connection point. For a large 6×6m exhibition booth, a large 120mm light box ceiling can be designed in the central area.

The ceiling can use the brand logo, corporate slogan, or product visuals for printing. When visitors pass from a distance, the wall LED light boxes and the illuminated graphics at the top form an upper and lower visual connection, giving the entire booth a stronger spatial identity.

Especially in large exhibition halls, where many competing brands are around, a light box ceiling can help the brand break beyond the ground-level line of sight.

The RAMROD XR case demonstrates this approach: a 3×4×1m hanging light box ceiling, with illuminated graphics on all four sides. The front shows a high-contrast firefighter and flame scene, while the sides show the brand name and number sequence. Combined with a 1x9m trade show light box booth with a storage room, the entire booth creates an upper and lower visual connection.

The light box ceiling also uses the 120mm modular system and shares the same tool-free connection logic with floor-standing light boxes. RGB Corner accessories can be added at the 90° corners. Dynamic RGB lighting effects can make your booth visible to customers at a glance, no matter how far away they are.

RGB Corner Illuminated Column: Turning the Most Overlooked Position into a Focal Point

In traditional light box booth structures, corners are often only simple connection points. The brand graphic stops at the corner, creating a visual break. For a four-side-open 6×6m island-style booth, this problem becomes four times larger because it has four or even more corners.

The RGB Corner illuminated column is an upgraded accessory specially designed for 90° corners. It integrates RGB LED strips and SEG graphics into the corner structure itself, allowing the graphic to continue naturally and creating true 360° brand display. No matter which direction visitors enter the booth from, the brand information can be fully presented.

Its installation method follows the assembly logic of the 90° corner connector, using knob-type locking: align the RGB corner frame with the SEG light box, manually rotate the buckle to fix it, without any additional tools. This means the overall visual effect of the booth can be significantly upgraded without increasing assembly complexity or labor costs. RGB Corner can integrate RGB light strips and SEG Fabric Graphic, allowing the brand graphic to continue through the corner area while creating a 360° brand display effect. RGB Corner supports remote control and provides 64 static colors and 8 dynamic lighting modes.

Customized Large Light Box Booths: More Than One Standard Shape

6×6m does not mean that every booth must use the same structure.

The Lintel 120mm modular light box system supports combinations of different sizes, shapes, connection methods, and functional accessories. OEM and ODM customization can also be provided according to project requirements. Official information shows that the system can create different types of display spaces, including straight, curved, arch, and irregular-shaped light boxes.

A professional booth should not only have one beautiful backdrop wall. For brands that need product displays, video playback, customer communication, or live demonstrations, the booth must also support actual commercial display functions.

EDIFIER's case demonstrates this integration: the booth consists of multiple 120mm light boxes. An LED screen is embedded in the middle to play dynamic content. Connected speakers can play video and music, using sound in the exhibition hall to enhance the booth display effect. At the same time, the LED Screen can change videos by itself, enriching the booth display effect. Product display racks are configured on the left side, a pegboard is used as a headphone listening area on the right side, and a large illuminated reception counter is placed at the front. The overall design uses black and gold. The booth can accommodate brand backdrops, product displays, video playback, and reception functions at the same time, without using all the space for a single advertising printed graphic.

Large Booths Can Also Be Modularly Transported and Reused

If a 6×6m large booth uses a traditional wooden structure, it usually means a large amount of on-site construction, transportation, and storage work.

The design logic of the Lintel 120mm modular light box is completely different.

After the exhibition, the frames can be dismantled and stored in Oxford trolley bags. The modular system allows customers to keep the hardware and only replace the SEG Fabric Graphic according to the theme of the next exhibition, or recombine the frames and functional accessories. Lintel official information also lists reusability, replaceable SEG graphics, and reduced storage and transportation pressure as key features of the 120mm modular light box.

The frame can be made of UL94 V-0 flame-retardant PVC or aluminum profile. The light box fabric meets DIN 4102 B1 flame-retardant standards. All retail accessories are reusable and durable. LED strips have a rated service life of more than 50,000 hours.

The only thing that really changes with the exhibition theme is the SEG fabric. Print a new fabric graphic for the next exhibition, pull out the old one, insert the new one, and the same batch of hardware becomes a completely different booth from the previous one. The modules can also be rearranged: this time it is a 6×6m island-style booth, and next time the venue gives you a 3×6m inline space, so the modular light boxes can be dismantled and recombined. When you need a larger booth, continue adding modules for expansion.

Professional Color Proofing: Large Booths Need More Accurate Brand Colors

Lintel has professional printing color proofing specialists. Before formal printing, a specialist checks colors for each order. Starting from the Logo, brand VI, product images, and design files provided by the customer, the Lintel team conducts pre-printing checks based on the actual fabric, printing process, and LED backlit display effect.

For a large 6×6m exhibition light box booth, multiple light box graphics may need to create a continuous visual effect. Therefore, color proofing not only focuses on the accuracy of a single graphic, but also the color consistency between multiple SEG Fabric Graphics.

Lintel completes the entire process in its own factory, including booth 3D modeling, SEG graphic design, heat transfer printing, sewing, and finished product testing, achieving complete control over graphic color, detail processing, and overall quality.

In addition, Lintel has a pre-assembly workshop and dedicated staff. The modular light box booth will be test assembled before shipment, and photos and videos will be provided to the customer for confirmation. Any problem can be handled in time before shipment. For a complex structure such as 6×6m, this step is especially important. Discovering that a connector does not match only at the exhibition site costs much more than solving it in the factory.

Lintel Display has more than 30 years of experience in exhibition display equipment manufacturing, holds more than 80 patents and more than 10 invention patents, and its folding light box won the 2026 Red Dot Design Award. We provide free 3D booth design for all customers, with No MOQ. Whether you are attending an exhibition for the first time or need bulk configuration as a rental company, you can start with one set.
