What is Lintel Retail LED Light Box?

Lintel Retail LED Light Box is an upgraded SEG light box display stand based on the global patented 120mm modular light box system. It can hold products and is designed for retail display systems. It keeps the key advantages of the modular light box system: eco-friendly, tool-free assembly, and easy graphic change.It can hold a weight of 5–20 kg. It is a light and new display stand that helps you combine brand display and product sales in one system.

Lintel Retail LED Light Box supports tool-free assembly and needs only 1–2 people to finish installation. Below is a step-by-step guide to show how to assemble the Lintel Retail LED Light Box.

1. Assemble the modular light box by number labels

Each Lintel 120mm modular light box frame has number labels on it. Connect the frames with the same number by using the patented slide in and lock structure. In most cases, modular light boxes under 3 m length can be assembled by one person. For light boxes longer than 3 m, two people are suggested.

2. Connect the power cable of the modular light box

Both sides of the bottom feet of the Lintel modular light box have reserved cable holes. Pass the power cable through the hole and connect it to the adapter to light up the SEG light box. Normally, the modular light box used for a retail system is not longer than 1 m, so the power cables are pre-installed inside the profile. You only need to plug in the cable.

3. How to install SEG Fabric Graphic

All Lintel SEG light boxes use SEG fabric graphic for brand display. Lintel sews a SEG silicone strip, less than 1 cm wide, around the edge of the fabric. Push the silicone strip into the groove of the light box frame. This creates a tight, smooth, and wrinkle-free graphic display.

4. How to install Retail AA Column

After the 120mm modular light box is assembled, screw the Knob Part into the grooves on the left and right sides of the light box frame. For a 1 m light box frame, 3 Knob Parts are suggested. So a 2 m high SEG light box needs at least 12 Knob Parts (6 on each side). Align the groove of the AA Column and slide it in to finish the installation. Lintel will send extra Knob Parts with the shipment to help avoid part loss during installation.

5. How to install shelves, hanging rods, and TV holder

After the AA Column is installed, you can start to add retail display accessories one by one. Take one shelf accessory with hooks, insert it into the holes of the AA Column, and press it down. It will hold the shelf firmly. Then place the grooves on both sides of the shelf bottom into position to finish shelf installation. Use the same method to install hanging rods, TV holder, literature holder, hook rack, and other retail display parts.

Tip: If you are not sure whether the left and right accessories are at the same height, place the shelf on them. You can clearly see if the height is different.

The main advantage is higher load capacity. It uses aluminum tube frame, which is strong and supports tool-free assembly. It can also be used with pillowcase fabric for brand display.
